Striving to manage risk and maximize long-term returns, he oversees redevelopment projects and manages select properties. Zvi Feiner has also directed FNR Healthcare Group for many years, which enabled him to further expand a health-care portfolio.
Feiner has guided many high-profile health-care transactions, including the expansion of healthcare facilities in the Midwest valued at over $200 million in total. He also spearheaded the 2008 launch of a new healthcare fund. To date, he has led the acquisition of 14 skilled nursing establishments, all of which are either revenue positive or have been sold for profit.
